      Updating Openn offer listing to under offer/sold

      This article contains information about updating Openn offer listing to under offer/sold

      If you are completing contract documentation for your Openn Offer listing outside of the app, you can update the status of the contract manually. 
      1. Select Manage > Contract Complete
      2. Select OK

      Your property will now show as Under Offer or Sold depending on your winning buyer's terms
