      Reinstall the app

      Reinstall the app to fix common technical issues and ensure your app's up-to-date. If you continue having issues, check out

      iOS

      Quick reinstall

      1. Tap and hold the Openn app icon.
      2. Tap remove app, then delete app.
      3. Go to the app store and install the Openn app.

      Clean reinstall

      If you're still having issues with Openn after a quick reinstall, try these steps.

      1. Go to your device's settings, then tap general.
      2. Tap iPhone storage (or iPad storage on your iPad), then select Openn from the list of apps.
      3. Tap delete app and confirm.
      4. Once the app is deleted, press and hold your device’s lock button and either volume button at the same time until the power off slider appears.
      5. Drag the slider to completely turn off your device, then wait a few minutes.
      6. Press and hold the lock button again until the display turns on.
      7. Switch your device back on and install Openn from the app store.

      Android

      Android 6.0 and newer

      Quick reinstall

      1. Go to your phone’s settings.
      2. Select apps.
      3. Select Openn from the list of apps.
      4. Tap uninstall.
      5. Go to google play and install the Openn app.

      Clean reinstall
      If you're still having issues accessing Openn after a quick reinstall, try these steps. 

      1. Go to your phone’s settings.
      2. Select apps.
      3. Select Openn from the list of apps.
      4. Tap storage / storage & cache memory.
      5. Find and tap clear storage and clear cache.
      6. Return to the previous screen and tap uninstall.
      7. Restart your device.
      8. Go to google play and install the Openn app.

       

      Older android devices

      Quick reinstall

      1. Go to your phone’s settings.
      2. Select apps or applications, then manage applications.
      3. Select Openn from the list of apps.
      4. Tap clear data.
      5. Go to google play and install the Openn app.

      Clean reinstall
      If you're still having issues playing Spotify after a quick reinstall, try these steps.

      1. Go to your phone’s settings.
      2. Select apps or applications, then manage applications.
      3. Select Openn from the list of apps.
      4. Tap storage>clear data.
      5. Restart your device.
      6. Go to google play and install the Openn app.
