1. New Openn for inspection tool (Beta)

You can choose from multiple options to check attendees in: 

• SMS Invite - Great for ensuring their phone number is correct
• QR Code Scan-in - Works well for busy opens
• Self Check-in - attendees log themselves in on a ipad
• Manual Check-in - Fully check buyers in yourself

1. Once an attendee checks in and inspects the property, they’ll automatically receive an SMS prompting them to complete a feedback form.
2. It’s fully customisable and automated—build forms with the questions that matter most, and let Openn handle the follow-ups to ensure no opportunity slips through.

• Streamlined management: agents and agency admins can now effortlessly manage attendees from the inspection list, track their interest, and invite them to make an offer or observe the campaign.

General enhancements & updates

Alongside our exciting new "Openn for Inspection" tool, we've also been working on some other improvements:

• Agent notes: perfect for tracking buyer specifics and internal commentary.
• Enhanced notifications:
  • Pending buyer & improve offer notifications: these now include the $ offer amount and the buyers details - so you can see crucial details at a glance
• Special conditions character limit increased: you now have up to 2000 characters to detail special conditions.
• Enhanced Agency Admin capabilities: Agency Admins can now update any property within their agency, without needing to be specifically assigned to the property's team.
