This article explains how to send a direct invite to your listing via SMS or Email
The Invite Buyer and Invite Observer features allows agents to send a direct link via SMS or email, inviting potential buyers to place a bid or offer on a negotiation or to register to observe the sale.
Invite a Buyer to place a bid or offer
- On the property page, select Invite Buyer button on the right of screen
- The Agent will enter the details of the buyer they wish to invite
- At minimum a buyer name, email and mobile number are required but the Agent can also include a bid/offer value and terms if required.
- Press Next to receive the confirmation screen before sending the invitation
Invited buyers can be managed in the Buyer's table, and agents can resend invitations and make changes to the invite if necessary.
If buyers do not have an existing Openn account, one will be automatically created for them when they submit their bid or offer and a temporary password emailed to them.
Invite an Observer
- On the property page, select Observer tab
- Enter the Name, Email and Mobile phone number of the interested party
- Press Next to receive the confirmation screen before sending the invitation
The interested user will be asked to login or create an account before observing this negotiation.
