How to Set Up an Agent Account on Openn

This video walks through the steps to register a new agent account on Openn, including creating login credentials, verifying your email, and linking your profile to an existing agency or setting up a new one. The entire process takes only a couple of minutes to complete.


WHAT THIS COVERS

Starting Your Registration

  1. Go to the Openn homepage.
  2. Click Login in the top right-hand corner, then select Sign Up.
  3. Enter your email address and a password, then confirm you are not a robot.
  4. Click Sign Up to proceed.

          Verifying Your Email

          • You will receive a six-digit code to your email address.
          • Enter this code to verify your email and continue with registration.

          Choosing Your Account Type

          • You will be asked to select one of four options: Buyer, Looking to Sell, Agent, or Agency Admin.
          • Both the Agent and Agency Admin account types allow you to set up a new agency if one does not already exist in the system.
          • For this process, select I'm an Agent.

                  Completing Your Profile

                  1. Enter your first name and mobile number.
                  2. Enter your agency licence number.
                  3. Search for and select your agency, or choose Create New Agency if it is not listed.
                  4. Enter your street address.
                  5. Click Register to submit.

                            After Registration

                            • The Openn team receives an automatic email notification when you register.
                            • This notifies them that a new agent or agency admin has signed up and which agency they are associated with.

                            • Agency Admin — an alternative account type available during sign-up, suited to principals or admin staff who need broader oversight of the agency's activity on Openn.
