When to Use This Account Type
- Agency Admin accounts are suited to principals who want to oversee everything happening across their agency on Openn, or to admin staff who support agents on the platform.
Creating the Account
- Navigate to the Openn website.
- Click Login in the top right-hand corner.
- Select Sign Up.
- Enter your email address and a password, then confirm you are not a robot.
- Click Sign Up to proceed.
Email Verification
- You will receive a six-digit verification code by email.
- The code arrives quickly. Enter it to continue.
Selecting Your Account Type
- After verification, you will be presented with four account type options.
- Select I'm an Agency Admin.
Entering Your Details
- Enter your personal details and phone number.
- Search for your agency by name to link your account to it.
- If your agency does not yet exist in the system, you can create a new agency at this step.
Approval
- Once submitted, your request is sent to the Openn team for approval.
- Approval is completed within a prompt timeframe.
