Users with the Agency Admin role can establish Agency Defaults for contracts.
- Navigate to Settings then Agency then Contracts
- When creating a new property within the agency, the system will automatically populate Agency Contract Defaults, which can be adjusted to match the property's specific needs if necessary.
- To cater to agencies that list properties in multiple states, Agency Contract Defaults can be customised by state.
