In an Openn offer (private treaty) campaign, the agent can opt to award a winner at any stage.Award a winner in a private treaty
- Navigate to the property page
- Select Award Winner button on the right of screen
- Select the winning buyer from the drop down box and adjust the winning offer value if required
- Select next and ok
The next step is to execute a digital contract and once the contract is signed and deposit received, you can mark the property as under offer / sold.
