Real Estate 101: Listen more than you speak

A lot of agents stop listening when their lips stop moving, according to Rik Rushton.

The problem with this?

If you aren't actively engaging with your client. you'll miss vital opportunities to tailor your communications approach - which could cost you the listing. 

It all comes down to listening. You need to know what makes your sellers tick, pay attention to verbal cues and ask the right questions.
