Finalists are chosen based on how many properties the individual agent has uploaded to the Openn platform from July 1st 2020 till June 30th 2020.

Finalists are chosen based on how many qualified bidders there were on any negotiation that had its Final Bidding Stage set during the year. Bidders include those in Approved, Rejoin and Withdrawn status.

Agents qualify for this award only if they have uploaded 4 or more properties to the Openn platform and all properties were sold during the campaign or sold once the property has passed in - to a qualified buyer.

Finalists are selected based on the total value of property sold as a result of the Openn Negotiation process.

- number of bidders (30% weighting)
- days on market (30% weighting)
- percentage value sold above reserve (25% weighting)
- number of observers (15% weighting)
To qualify, the property had to sell during the Openn Negotiation campaign or to a qualified buyer once it was passed in.
This is a national award.
This award celebrates the most outstanding Openn Negotiation campaign in each state*. The criteria is based on a single property that had the best weighted average over the following measures:

Recognising the volume and growth of certified agents in Western Australia, we’ve expanded the WA Openn Negotiation Agent of the Year award further into four areas:
- Central Metro
- West + Northwest
- East + Southeast
- South Metro + Peel Region
There will be a winner in each area and the criteria is based on the best weighted average over the following measures for agents in each region:
- number of negotiations launched (25% weighting)
- clearance rate (20% weighting)
- days on market (20% weighting)
- number of bidders (15% weighting)

One of our most preeminent awards, celebrating the overall top performing agency Australia. The criteria is based on the best weighted average over the following measures:
- number of negotiations launched (25% weighting)
- clearance rate (25% weighting)
- number of agents that have uploaded before (25% weighting)
- days on market (25% weighting)
To be considered, Agencies must have conducted a minimum of 3 Openn Negotiations between July 1st 2020 and June 30th 2020.
This is a national award.
Celebrating the top performing agencies in each state*, Agencies must have conducted a minimum of 3 negotiations in the year to be eligible for this award. Criteria is based on the best weighted average over the following measures:
- number of negotiations launched (25% weighting)
- clearance rate (25% weighting)
- number of agents that have uploaded before (25% weighting)
- days on market (25% weighting)
*This is a state award and includes the following states: WA, NSW, VIC, QLD & SA
The Rising Star award is a new category this year, designed to celebrate the efforts of agents that are new to the Openn Negotiation process. To qualify the agent must have become certified within the last 12 months and have uploaded at least 4 properties during that time.
In addition, finalists will be selected based on a combination of factors including their statistical results as an agent, commitment to the process, engagement with coaches, and their ability to effectively promote themselves and their results with the process.
This is a state award and includes the following states: WA, NSW, VIC, QLD & SA
Openn Masters status is awarded to agents who have shown exceptional commitment and proficiency in the utilisation of the Openn Negotiation sales process.
In order to qualify for Master status and maintain it, agents must have uploaded a minimum of 10 properties in the last 12 months and consistently uploads at least two properties every quarter to maintain the status.
