Sales and Partnerships Manager
Will leads the day to day business of the 7 strong sales team - as well as this he looks after the relationships with corporate partners including; agency networks, industry partners & technology partners. Starting with the business in 2020 as Business Development Manager Will was promoted to Sales Team Leader & Partnerships Manager and again to Sales & Partnerships Manager. During his time he has helped to develop and implement the strategic plan for both the sales team and partner initiatives
Will relocated to Australia from his home country of England just before joining Openn. In the UK Will held the position of Senior Account Manager at Guinness World Records. Managing the commercial sales for the APAC region Will was heavily involved in integrating record breaking into events for companies like Coca Cola, LV, Moet Hennessy and Cancer Council to name a few.
Will has 10 years sales experience within a range of industries such as TV & Film, HR, Advertising and Entertainment adding to this a rugby coaching role that feeds into his management. Will has a BA Hons degree in Business Administration for the University of Plymouth and has been accepted onto the altMBA from January.
