It started with a loaf of bread. One of Brian's tactics to delight sellers in the early days was to get down to the bakery when they opened at 4.30am.
This ensured the loaves were still warm when he hand delivered them outside their door step.
Many years later, he still gets sellers fondly recalling this act as one of reasons they ultimately decided to go with him as their agent.
Today, Brian heads up The Agency Central Coast and consistently sells over 150 properties a year. While he no longer hand delivers bread to clients, his ethos of delighting customers remains one of his teams' core principles.
